delivery informationOnce you have purchased your furniture from the CCSfurniture online shop, you will be contacted with a maximum length of time to delivery, ie within 14 days. When your furniture has been quality checked and packed, it will be dispatched through our specialist furniture carriers. Our nominated carriers will contact you to arrange a mutually beneficial day for delivery, with an AM or PM slot for that day. The driver will contact you when he is approximately one hour away from making the delivery. Your delivery will then be made by a specialist two man team and your furniture carried into a room of your choice. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture will fit into the room of your choice, prior to delivery. All dimensions are given in our online shop and should you require any further information then please contact us. You will be given the telephone number of our carriers when they book the delivery with you and should you wish to contact them at any time, you are free to do so. Please note that if you cancel a delivery within 48 hours of its due time, the full charge will have to be paid for that delivery. Smaller items of furniture (ie bedside cabinets and accessories) are sometimes dispatched through parcel carriers on a 48 hour service. All our delivery prices are for mainland England and Wales and Central Scotland. For Highlands, offshore and international deliveries, please contact us for a delivery rate by emailing delivery@ccsfurniture.com. Each item in our online store is displayed with a delivery code. The delivery charge is then added at the checkout stage. For ease of shopping, our delivery codes and charges are stated below - Delivery Code A - £10.00, Delivery Code B - £20.00, Delivery Code C - £30.00, Delivery Code D - £40.00, Delivery Code E - £50.00, Delivery Code F - £60.00, Delivery Code G - £70.00, Delivery Code H - £80.00. Once your delivery has been made, please check and sign for your item clearly. It is very rare to experience damages, but if you do see any damage then please clearly mark this on the delivery note. Under no circumstances should you sign the delivery note unchecked as no claim can be made. RETURNS POLICY CCSfurniture offer a seven day cooling off period, allowing you to contact us within seven days of delivery to tell us you wish to return your item and be issued with a full refund. Simply email support@ccsfurniture.com and our staff will organise the collection of the goods. Please be aware that, whilst you are in possession of the goods, you do have a duty of care for them. All goods for return must be in their original packaging and state to obtain a full refund. All refunds will be issued within fourteen days of the return of the item. Self assembly items may not be returned if construction has been completed or attempted. Mattresses may not be returned if removed from their original packaging. Please note that all delivery and collection costs will be deducted from any refund made. DAMAGED GOODS Please ensure that you open and thoroughly check your goods prior to signing the delivery note. If a clear signature has been given and the goods have not been checked, but at a later stage defect or damage is found, then we are unable to make a claim on your behalf from our carriers. Under these circumstances, we are unable to process the return of your goods or make refund/replacement of your goods. If our carrier refuses to allow you the time to check your goods, then you must inform us of this immediately and must not sign the delivery note. Instead, you must write on the note "Driver refused inspection of goods". Please note that for damaged or faulty goods, we may require photographic evidence sending by email to allow us to assess the situation before arranging collection and replacement. If you have made a special request that your order be left without signature (ie in a safe place or with a neighbour), then you do so at your own risk. CCSfurniture will not accept responsibility for any damage caused to the items and will therefore be unable to accept any claims for damages under these circumstances. |
